CASE MANAGER (Full-Time, Non-Exempt)

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Erie, Niagara and the Southern Tier currently has a Case Manager Position available in our Program Department. This position offers an opportunity to work with children, families, volunteers and partners in the community.
It is responsible for providing support to children, parent/guardians and volunteers in our mentoring programs. Responsibilities include enrolling children, conducting training for families and volunteers, creating mentoring relationships and supporting them through personal interactions and home visits.
- Bachelor’s Degree Required;
- Experience working with children and families (preferred);
- Commitment to advancing the lives of children and young adults;
- Valid Driver’s License and Personal Transportation.

Positions are full-time Monday through Friday, with both daytime and evening hours.
Salary is $31,200 – $35,360

Degrees in Criminal Justice, Sociology, Social Work, Education, Psychology and other Human Services fields will be given strong consideration.
