Big Brothers Big Sisters of Erie County is proud to participate in the local campaigns for the United Way of Buffalo & Erie County, the State Employees Federated Appeal (SEFA) and the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). You can designate all or a portion of your gift to support our local mentoring programs.

Tribute & Memorial Gifts
Giving a gift in memory of a loved one or in honor of a birthday, anniversary, or special occasion is a special way to pay tribute to that special someone while supporting the mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters. All memorial and honor gifts will be acknowledged through a personal note sent by Big Brothers Big Sisters. Donations may be made by mail, contacting us by phone, or Donating Online.
Stocks & Securities
Increasing numbers of donors are making gifts to Big Brothers Big Sisters using appreciated securities including stock, bonds, and mutual funds.
If you would like to discuss this option, please contact your attorney or our Development Department at 716-873-5833 ext. 245.
Pledges allow donors to make recurring gifts over a period of months or years. Payment schedules are flexible. Recurring gifts, which may be billed at regular intervals, can be made via credit card by Donating Online or by contacting our Development Department at 716-873-5833 ext. 245.
Employer Matching Gifts
Many employers match their employees’ gifts to charitable institutions. Some companies will match the gifts of employee spouses and retired employees as well. Ask the human resources or benefits office at your workplace for more information.
If your company has a matching gift program, please designate Big Brothers Big Sisters of Erie, Niagara and the Southern Tier as the recipient of your funds.
Do you have tickets for upcoming events which could be distributed to our ‘Big & Little’ matches? Our kids love to go to hockey and football games, ice shows and the circus, age appropriate concerts and shows….and everything in between. Your donation will create special memories for a Little Brother or Little Sister with their Big.
