Our Programs

Changing Lives for the Better, Forever

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Erie, Niagara and the Southern Tier helps youth between the ages of 5-18 achieve success in school, helps them avoid risky behaviors and helps them improve their self-confidence by providing these key programs:

Community Based Mentoring

For as little as a few hours a month, Bigs and Littles meet in their community to share fun activities, stories and a little bit of themselves.

Site Based Mentoring

Bigs and Littles meet once a week in schools, and community centers, to talk and have fun. It’s not about being a tutor … it’s about being a friend.

High School Bigs Mentoring

The goal of HSBM is to provide elementary/intermediate and high school students with a healthy friendship within their school community and an opportunity to grow and learn from one another.

Group Mentoring Program

Provides mentoring and advocacy for young adult males ages 14 to 18.

Transforming Buffalo Through Mentoring & Education

Providing relationships that positively impact the educational outcomes of our Little Brothers & Sisters.
